James McMillan was recently named the 2020 Margaret Somerville Award winner.

This annual award named in honour of our namesake, recognises an outstanding Somerville employee for their commitment to delivering on Somerville’s mission, vision and values and their willingness to do so without seeking recognition.

A positive, empathetic person with a “can do” attitude who is committed to making a difference in the delivery of our services.

James joined Somerville in 2001 working in Disability Services. Moving from a Support Worker role to Team Leader and more recently taking on the responsibility of Acting Coordinator.
