Another win for Somerville!
The NT Human Rights Awards have been announced and we are proud to announce that Somerville were joint winners with Football Without Borders of one of the four categories, The Fitzgerald Diversity Award.
The Fitzgerald Diversity Award is for individuals or organisations whose activities focus on promoting, protecting and fulfilling human rights of diverse communities in the Northern Territory.
Somerville’s Workplace Diversity Group was recognised for their work in celebrating diversity through their Somerthis Somerthat Diversity Cookbook, International/Diversity/Harmony Day celebrations, diversity training module and a song written especially for Somerville.
The song is about diversity, opportunities and that we all have a story to tell.
