Luke and Wesley’s move to Alice Springs
Just recently, Luke and Wesley were supported in successfully transitioning from the Top End back to Central Australia.
In May 2023, the duo left Supported Independent Living in Tennant Creek to join Somerville in Darwin.
After nearly two years, Luke and Wes are now a bit closer to home in Alice Springs and have settled in well.
Luke has already been able to connect with family!
