National Families Week Fun Day 2015

As part of National Families Week, Somerville hosted a family fun day event in celebration of “Stronger Families, Stronger Communities”.

The event saw over 140 children and their family members from the surrounding schools and community participating in a number of relationship building activities while enjoying refreshments and fun-filled entertainment by Hyper the Clown. The event promoted further awareness of Somerville’s variety of supportive services available to children and families as well as created a sense of connectedness amongst the participants and the larger community.
