NT Ombudsman Office visits Somerville

Recently, Somerville hosted Dez Wilde from the NT Ombudsman Office. On his visit, Dez gave a presentation to the Somerville Management team explaining the role of the Ombudsman’s Office.

The Ombudsman investigates and resolves complaints about Northern Territory Government agencies, local government councils and police conduct.

Knowing who to contact to raise a question or a problem about the Government can be difficult, and Dez explained the process clearly to our team. The information he provided has been made available to staff and can now be passed onto our clients.
