Support coordination success – Jim’s story

Meet Jim – a kind, cheeky, and hilarious participant who has long dreamed of going on a holiday. For many, this is a simple thing to do, but for those with disabilities, it can be a huge challenge without the right support in place.

That’s where Support Worker Jannatun stepped in with extraordinary determination and care. Over many months, she fiercely advocated for Jim, navigating every complex detail – from transport and equipment to staff training and personal care – to turn his dream into reality.

Jim got the chance to reconnect with his sister in Adelaide.
