Margaret Somerville Awards 2022
Last week, Somerville celebrated the Margaret Somerville Awards and the annual acknowledgement of Years of Service.
The acknowledgement of Years of Service celebrated employees who have worked at Somerville for three years up to an incredible twenty years.
The Margaret Somerville Award, named in honour of our namesake, was introduced in 2015 as part of our 50th year celebrations.
This annual award recognises an outstanding Somerville employee for their commitment to delivering on Somerville’s mission, vision and values and their willingness to do so without seeking recognition.
This year’s winner was Com Mu, who works in the Assets, Infrastructure and Maintenance team. Congratulations Com!
The runners up were Venus Ramirez and Kate Whitten, who both work in Disability Services.
