Somerville participates in the COTA NT Seniors Expo 2016

The 2016 Seniors Expo was held on the lawns of the Museum & Art Gallery of the NT, with Somerville Community Services taking part as one of the many stalls. Somerville staff interacted with a large number of visitors, providing handouts and information on our services and programs.

The Seniors Expo highlighted a large number of age-friendly activities that the Territory lifestyle offers. The expo also showcased and provided information on the services and support that is available for seniors through government, business and community groups.

The Seniors Expo was a huge success, with twice as many stall holders compared to the previous year’s inaugural event. Congratulations to COTA and their volunteers who worked hard behind the scenes to make the event possible.
