A step forward to independence and inclusion

A number of Somerville clients have recently completed the supported accommodation training program, Step Forward.

The course was developed by Somerville staff and equips participants with social, financial and interpersonal skills which enable them to cope with the increasing demands and challenges of everyday life.

Delivered over four months, the program comprises eight modules and on completion participants receive a certificate endorsing them as preferred tenants.

The program is open to all clients accessing Somerville services.
