Somerville Community Services embraces cultural diversity in the workplace and recently held a multicultural lunch to celebrate.

 Somerville Community Services embraces cultural diversity in the workplace and recently held a multicultural lunch to celebrate. Over eighty percent of our employees originate from non-English speaking countries.

The lunch featured a wide range of dishes and featured a general atmosphere of tolerance, acceptance and happiness, as Somerville’s organisational culture continues to promote total acceptance and the embracing of what is not always familiar to all persons.  Thank you to everyone that attended and made the day such a success and to the Somerville Workplace Diversity Group for organising the event.
