Bankruptcy training for our Financial Services team

We held a two-day bankruptcy training course this week for our Financial Services team, designed to help them stay on top of their game. The course was run by Mary Petrie, from the Insolvency Delivery Service and the Australian Financial Services Authority (AFSA).

The training course is run annually, to ensure our Financial Counsellors are aware of legislation changes and the latest trends. 

Our Financial Services team assist people in all areas of their financial wellbeing. Our trained Financial Counsellors fully assess a client’s situation, provide options and advocate with creditors on the client’s behalf.
